The school has a full kitchen to prepare snacks and lunch for the children.
The materials used are of excellent quality and, where possible, raw materials from organic products are chosen.
The process of preparing and serving food is part of the educational process. It is very specific and methodical so as to provide the child with safety, familiarity with food and kitchen tools, opportunity for the development of skills, vocabulary, sociability.
The children can participate in cleaning and cutting vegetables or fruits, lay out and then clean the table, serve the food and, with the teacher as a role model, who will eat with them, be actively introduced to the chapter of nutrition.
