My name is Ermioni Kapiri. I am the mother of two adult children and the grandmother of a wonderful two-year-old girl, a role that has further deepened my love for children and my desire to be close to them. After many years in the business sector, where I ran my own company, I made a conscious decision to change my professional path and pursue a field that truly represents me and brings me daily joy and fulfillment.
My work as a school bus assistant allows me to be in direct and daily contact with children, caring for them, guiding them, and offering them a sense of safety and calm during their transportation. I strongly believe that even these everyday moments play an important role in children’s emotional development.
The Montessori philosophy, which the school follows, is a source of inspiration for me. Through this approach, we contribute to the development of independent, confident, and happy children, laying strong foundations for an optimistic and healthy future. At the same time, through seminars and continuous professional development, I feel that I am constantly growing both personally and professionally, learning to better understand children’s “language,” needs, and behavior.
With patience, empathy, and love, I strive every day to be a person of trust for both children and their families, contributing in my own way to their positive experience within the school environment.
