I graduated from the Childcare-Nursery Department, a three-year course, of the “Andreas Syggros” Youth Education Association in 1999.
From September 2002 to March 2004, I attended the 1st course of the Montessori Workshop and specialized in the Montessori Pedagogical Approach for children aged 3-6.
In 2011 I got the Vocational Training Certification specializing in Preschool Education of Creative and Expression Activities.
I worked for 3 years in a traditional school and from 2003 to the summer of 2023 I worked at the Montessori School of Athens “Maria Goudeli” (the first Montessori school in Greece). There I had the opportunity to learn to see it and apply it in practice.
I discovered the greatness of this system. The material is based on the developmental needs of each age, learning is done through the senses, the free choice of work is encouraged, respect for each child’s personal rhythm and all this and so much more lead to building a healthy and independent personality.
